He has appeared on more than 500 radio and television shows, including Oprah, CNN, CNBC, 48 Hours and others.

The Art of Unique Voices: Lessons from the Editor of Autonomous Press

Nick Walker is a noted queer futurist and an author of both speculative fiction and nonfiction, including the influential essay collection Neuroqueer Heresies. She is co-creator and primary writer of the urban fantasy webcomic Weird Luck.

Dr. Walker serves as managing editor for the worker-owned indie publishing house Autonomous Press, and has co-edited multiple volumes of the annual genre-bending story anthology Spoon Knife.

She also teaches psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies, teaches aikido at the Aiki Arts Center in Berkeley, California, and studies the intersections of consciousness, embodiment, neurodiversity, and creativity.
